How to Order

To order announcements from Delivered by Design, please send an email to deliveredbydesign@fuse.net that includes the following information (any fields left blank will be left off the design):

Design Name:
Child's Name (as you'd like it printed):
Date of Birth/Adoption:
Time of Birth:
Birth Weight:
Birth Length:
Bible Verse (if different from default):
Parental/Familial Greeting (if different from default):
Announcement Size (4x6 or 5x7):
Envelope Color* (white is standard):
Addressing** (yes or no):
Mailing** (yes or no):
Quantity:
Date Needed By:
* Colors other than white will incur additional fees (see pricing)
** Choosing "yes" will incur additional fees (see pricing)

If you would like a custom design or something other than a birth announcement, please indicate that and we'll talk about your design options. The pricing structure, in most cases, will be the same.

Upon receipt of your email, Delivered by Design will prepare an initial price quote. The response to your email will include this price quote as well as any other questions about your design request.

If the quote meets your approval, please submit the photo/photos you would like to use in the design. Please make sure that these are high quality JPG files. Delivered by Design cannot guarantee satisfaction if the files provided aren't high resolution. If the files received don't look to be high enough quality, Delivered by Design will contact you to resolve the issue prior to creating the announcement -- your satisfaction is priority! If you are using professional photos, please include the photographer's release as well as their contact information. Due to copyright laws, Delivered by Design will not design any announcements without these items.

Once all information is received (photos, name, date, birth information, verse preference, wording, desired size, etc), Delivered by Design will create your announcement. A sample file will be emailed to you for your approval. Please proof the sample carefully. Once your approval has been granted via email, the announcements will be printed and addressed/mailed (if you chose that option) or sent to you. Delivered by Design uses standard USPS mail unless expedited service is requested.

Customer satisfaction is the goal of Delivered by Design. If any problems arise, please contact Delivered by Design right away for resolution. Upon completion of your order, feedback is most welcome.
